I just finished watching the Steve Baker, Mr. Escape DVD and all I can say is WOW!
This is a collection of Steve doing some amazing, not to mention, dangerous escapes that were featured on the Dick Clark television show. If you would like to see showmanship and how far you can go with escapes, check it out, you won't be disappointed. I'd like to make it clear that I am in no way connected to the DVD or its sales and this post is made without any profit to myself. I just think it is worth spreading the word. All the best, Rob Evans |

What do you think about this DVD=> http://www.thetrickery.com/?nd=full&key=6873

That is a superior tape dealing with the straightjacket. Once you watch it you will not bother buying a gimmicked Humane style of straightjacket. It gives you the basics. It does not cover what you need to know for an ungimmicked, belly and side loop, style of straightjacket (like the Posey).

Personally, I also am not a paid spokesperson, but if I took the time it would take to list all the things I love about Steve's DVD, it would take all day.
Each one had my heart in my mouth. If you've not seen these, go for it.

Mr. Escape, Steve Baker’s, DVD really displays his thinking about staging and dramatic presentation. To heck with the various mechanics (nuts and bolts) of any given escape. Here we see how Mr. Escape hooks an audience emotionally. If the audience does not care then so what that you can get out of a straightjacket in record time, or pick a padlock with your toes! Watching the man perform these exciting stunts, oh so long ago, makes me analyze my own performances today.
