What would be the proper forum to post a question like, "Has anyone had any experience with so-and-so dealer?"

This has been discussed many times on the Café and while we used to have a forum for this type of post, it has been removed. Click HERE for an explanation as to why.
We presently don't allow dealer questions in any other forum.

Thanks Dave. I've been away for a while and looked and looked yesterday, but couldn't find it in Sweet and Sour. Too bad it was not used properly. I found some of the posts quite useful from time to time.
