N14 New user Netherlands 78 Posts	Posted: Jan 1, 2002 05:27 am 0 Hello, I'm kind of new to magic. When I was a little younger I had some magic boxes and a book. But after awhile the tricks broke or got lost. I became older and lost my interest in magic, until recently... Now I've started again and I'm taking it more seriously than ever before. I bought some tricks and "fooled" some friends. And I'm really looking forward to learning more and more. (So are my friends) First I noticed already that there are so many kinds of magic, and I didn't figure out yet which of them attracts me the most. For now I like tricks I can carry around or do with things which are used daily. Anyway I hope to learn here a little more or to get some guidelines. Oh.. before I forget HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! I recently got back into magic after a long absence too, and this board has made it a lot easier and more fun. I'm sure you'll like it here. Every problem contains the seeds of its own solution. Unfortunately every problem also contains the seeds of an infinite number of non-solutions, so that first part really isn't super helpful.
