I'm looking for a DVD that has some pretty good close-up magic in it. I don't really care how much it is. Try not to make half of the tricks in it need gaffs.

You can't go wrong with Gregory Wilson's DVD's. His 'On the Spot' DVD maybe what you're looking for in terms of close-up. They're completely impromptu too! I have his 'In Action' set as well. Watch a pro at work when he approaches strangers and does real world magic.

All of the David Regal DVD's would be a good choice

Dan Turcotte has an excellent set which includes a DVD and a CD with PDF files of booklets for individual tricks. It is a great combination and can be purchased from http://www.youdomagic.com for around 465 only!

Daniel Garcia's new 3 dvd set, and Corey Burke's new Payphone DVD. I suggest getting both of these. Also, look at Bill Malone's 4 DVD set. His stuff is amazingly good and very, very funny.

Commercial Classics by Johnny Thomson is like learning close up magic from Dai Vernon himself. Start there and learn the fundamentals by a grandmaster.
