I googled it but could only find a deck of cards with Jason Taylor, the football player on it. Is this what you're looking for?

He does make his own props, but I don't know if he does decks.

Jason Taylor is a football (US football) who plays for the Miami Dolphins. He is also an amateur magician. The Dolphins sell a deck of cards with him on it.

I also believe that there's a guy who plays for the Bills who is into magic. I recall seeing his picture on Mike Powers' webpage at some close-up convention.

I do think that not too far into the near future, sometime soon is what I'm saying, magic is going to have a renaisance. And this renaisance is going to be because real men start doing magic.
Not blowdried fems in shoulder padded suits flying across a stage, not tatooed crybabies shivering in their igloos or longhaired tracksuited hippies shivering because the barrel water is too cold.
It's a gonna be real men - they won't have their brothers or mother in tow!
And you won't find them dressing up like cowboys or gamblers or clowns - because they'll be magicians!
