Hi all,

I am gearing up and starting to research and prepare my marketing materials and contact lists for marketing a show for the Easter holiday that will include a full live easter Bunny provided by myself and my wife and a full easter b unny magic show where the easter bunny helps out in the magical happenings.

My wife and I know there are so many organizations and townships that host these events every year, and we feel this would not only be a fun show, but would market well since we would be solving several of the needs and problems that many of them would face each year.

My question to you all is what time would be the best time to start the initial marketing and mailings to these people on my contact list? Has anyone marketed for shows like this or for Easter type shows? If you have, when did you find was the best time to start sending stuff out?
