Hey, guys,
this is a question for all you juggling fans out there. I have been doing the devil sticks for quite sometime, but I just recently took up the diabolo, poi, and staff spinning (BTW, I found the poi a lot more.........painful than the devil sticks or the diabolo). anyway, I'm currently looking for a good source of tricks, especially for the poi and staff spinning. the diabolo I have had a little bit more luck with. but does anyone know where I could find some more tricks, tips, or how to get started in these. this could either be in the form of a website or a book or whatever else. thanks for all the help!!!!

You'll find free poi and staff lessons, forums, DVDs for sale, etc. I don't do either poi or staff, but it seems like a pretty cool site. For diablo, there is a set of booklets by Donald Grant that are worth searching out. |

Are you a member of the IJA? Go to http://www.jugglingdb.com, or http://www.juggling.org, or http://www.jugglinginstructions.com, or http://www.juggle.org. Where do you live in New York perhaps there is an affiliate club near you. The jugglingdb has a list of all the club meetings in your state, with the meeting time, place, the contact's name, email address, and a phone number. have fun Al

Go to http://www.butterfingers.co.uk and check out the DVD by the Mad French Posy!
You'll see some seriously crazy stuff that can be done with 1 to 5 (yes 5!!) diabolos. They even do site swop passing with em! The best DVD of high diabolo skill I've ever seen. Ros

Roslyn meant Fench possy I think. The DVD is called 'Diabology' it's great to watch but not a brilliant teaching aid. The other two diabolo videos are better at tuition but a lower skill level.

I knew a man who kept saying "pliers, pincers, scissors". He was speaking in tongs.
