Please suggest any DVD/sources that describe/show "Put-Pocketing" techniques.
I believe that Greg Wilson's ON the Spot DVD shows such a sequence. Is this true? If so, how long is the sequence (ie. 1, 2, or 5 minutes)? Also, if you've seen Greg Wilson's sequence on Put-Pocketing, please rate it and provide a brief review. Many thanks. Jonathan

Dear George,
Thanks for the suggestion on the value of James Freeman's video, "Stealing the Show". I already have (and enjoyed) James Freeman's older video, "Stealing a Pocket or Two". Do you (or anyone else) know if his newer release, Stealing the Show" incorporates new insights and new material/methods? Also, links to a review and how to purchase his "Stealing the Show Video" would be appreciated. n addition, returning to my original request, I would still like some feedback on Gregory Wilson's , On the Spot Video, specifically in relation to his sequence on "Put-Pocketing". Many thanks. Jonathan

Jonathan,
As I remember, there isn't a whole lot of detail in put pocketing on Greg's video. I think it's covered in the section "Playful Pickpocketing". But ever he says that it's not intensive instruction. Just some casual stuff. If you are looking for a more comprehensive approach, I don't think On The Spot is the way to go. Great stuff on misdirection, though. Fantastic dvd overall.

Thanks Cfrancis.
Can you describe Greg Wilson's Playful Pickocketing segment a bit? How long is it (1 min, 2, min.,etc.)? What does he do/show (in brief). Jonathan

It's not even a segment really. He just mentions it in passing. If I recall correctly, he spends about a minute DISCUSSING it. He only talks about loading a bunch of spoons into a jacket. While I love the tapes for their magic, if you're looking for putpocketing only, then this is not the way to go.

Thanks for the added info Zombie Boy. Do you recall if Greg's Put-Pocketing method is to pre-load the spoons well in advance of the production, or simply seconds before the "reveal", as I do.
Also, would you be kind enough to describe the playful pickpocketing segment is brief? Many thanks. Jonathan PS: If anyone is ready to sell their On the Spot DVD, please send me a PM with a resonable price offer.

I've viewed Wilson's on the Spot series. Lot's of fun to watch. I've ordered Stealing the Show by Freeman (thanks for the endorsement George!).
All the best. Jonathan
