Just thought I'd let those interested know that the book by Joel Bauer and Mark Levy titled "How To Persuade People Who Don't Want To Be Persuaded" is available on downloadable ebook. I got mine through Deisel Ebooks. Just do a search and I'm sure you'll find it. Amazon also sells it via ebook as does Ebay. I got my copy last night and have found this to be a keeper.

Every problem contains the seeds of its own solution. Unfortunately every problem also contains the seeds of an infinite number of non-solutions, so that first part really isn't super helpful.
