Hi everybody

Does anybody here think this is a good buy?

http://www.hypnotorious.com/stagehypnosistrainingvideos.htm

I know going on a course for 6 months would be the best thing but I have been asked what I would like for Christmas and I figured a DVD (or three) would be nice.

I also know Jonathan Royle has had a bad rep on this forum but to be fair to the bloke I have seen one of his DVD’s and it was not THAT bad.

If these DVD’s are not recommended could somebody point me in the right direction

Many thanks
Ben

Run away from this nonsense. If you are really serious about stage hypnosis training, then attend the Geoff Ronning on-site training in Las Vegas -- next training is in April 2006. Previous attendees have included visitors from the UK Or.......order his home-study DVD/CD course at:

Hi Mike

Thanks for the quick reply.

I will avoid the Jonathan Royle DVD set but I have not got the cash (at the moment) to spend on the DVD's you recommended. I am going to go on a weekend stage hypnosis course next year but I wanted something just to fill the gap until then. I have many, many books on hypnosis but I just want something visual to watch.

Any ideas please let me know.
Thanks Ben

I have Geoff's course and it is pretty good. If you want to be excellent at hypnosis get certified!

I have also attended Goeff's live training and felt it was a great way to learn stage hypnosis.

There are a lot of cheaper routes to go to learn stage hypnosis. For around $200 you can get everything you'll need to get started in stage hypnosis. Go to ebay and type in Stage Hypnosis. You'll see there are a bunch of options - my favorite and the one I highly recommend is Bill O'Connells (Hypnosis Secrets) like this one:

Worth every penny you'll pay for it.

As for the marketing stuff - I really haven't found any better that http://www.stagehypnosiscenter.com. Start off with one of his packages for under $100 (Service Club program).

With those two things you're only a couple of months away from your first paying gig!

Before you start spending money be aware that marketing systems won't work in the UK due to the current situation with insurance. You will find it very difficult to earn a living or get work in the UK due this fact.

I would seriously reconsider spending a lot of cash on stage hypnosis training over here. Otherwise I would start a training course myself
