Anyone use one of the TV magic wallets (they ones that are about playing card sized, with the straps inside which you can open either way) to carry packet tricks or other material in? Not to use for switches but to carry on the spot type material?

Are you talking about a Himber Wallet? Personally if I used one would only be to do a switch. If not then something else if I was just going to carry packet tricks. Unless I needed to switch a pack for another.

It's a cool wallet, but I think the straps would bend the cards.

The wallet open so it should not bend your cards. There was a wallet by a magician Cole that was sold thru Tannen years ago like this one. I never seen much use for this wallet. Really, the card is under the 'X' then close and open and it is under the '=', what kind of magic is that.
The Cole wallet told you how to load a card for a card in wallet at least. |

I did not mean as a switch wallet - I meant to carry packet tricks, bill tricks etc for times when you didn't want a bulky wallet or if you use a moneyclip to carry cash and cards.

You would be surprised what you can do with these wallets, just inquire with Tom Frank or Richard Busch, totally differant uses but oh so amazing.

I just came across one of these at Fossil (London UK ).
They look like they have potential . I am wondering why some of you are against using it for a switch ? A switch can be achieved in the specs hands if required . Tboehnlein ? Could you offer a bit more info on what and where ? |
