Hi,
I need to find or find leads to a candle that can extinguish and then re-light itself on command, without any hands on motion. Ideally, this could be setting in a holder on a table and accomplish this feat. Does anyone make such a thing as a dealer item? All I have been able to turn up is the "Powell's Worlock Candle" and those type items that all require you be touching (or actually clutching!) the shaft of the candle. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

You just missed the boat, there's been some recent discussions of that sort of effect.

Those candles wont go out on their own, if I'm not mistaken (Here's to my 50th post!)

If I remember correctly there is something in the recently re-released Seance collection, I'll check mine and see if I can locate the specific issue.

I read something on the net about a seance candle:
You'll need a thick, used candle and a wooden candleholder. You drill a hole through the candle, where the little string thingey is (I'm from the Netherlands, and I can't remember the name for that thing) an trough the candle holder. Put a string trough the hole, and put a wick (that's the name for the little stringy thingy!) on the rope. If you light the candle, and pull the wire, the candle will extinguish... Something like that, I hope you can use it.... Rick de Geest, 13
