Okay, that sounds misleading but, I got you to read this post didn't I?
Friday, March 10th, The Ghost Whisperer on CBS: This will be a magic episode about two magician brothers, one who dies in a Water tank escape and now haunts the other. Here are the cool parts..Mark Cannon is the escape double. (Way To Go Mark!!!)Robert Baxt took care of the magic part. (Very Cool, Robert!) A little "backstage" tidbit a rabbit whispered in my ear...The Tank used was made big enough so that a cameraman could be in it with the person doing the escape. How's that for underwater escape film coverage? I saw the tank, it's a bear. I'm thinking of asking if they want to sell it so I can put it in my backyard as a swimming pool. I don't know how it was shot but, I'd bet you don't get to really see much of it and will not see how big it is. Could be wrong, it'll be fun to find out. Ms.M

Hey thanks for the heads up Morgan. I'm a big fan of Mark's work so you know that I'll be tuning in. Where do you come up with this stuff? That rabbit you know is pretty clever. Thanks again. Best regards to all. Tony Parisi

"What's your drug?" she asked. "Hope" he said, "The most addicting one of all."

Saw the show. I enjoyed the few seconds of the great Aquarium of Death escape. That would make a nice carnival showpiece (big and visible). I’d hate to have to fill and empty it to do an overnight jump though!
Show was lame otherwise. It reminded me of why I don’t bother to watch TV.

I wasn't impressed with the show at all. I happen to like JLH, but I just don't care for this show. It is the 2nd time I've watched it and it may well be the last unless one of you all is another guest star. The worst part was the complete lack of subtlety to the plot. It wasn't hard to imagine the ending once the problem was stated.
As to the escape.. Well is was nice to watch, and kudos to Mark for setting the thing up. My wife (who is NOT a magic fan) was impressed by it. They played the chain over the neck thing well. At least that part of the show was enjoyable.
Magic is like Science,
Both are fun if you do it right! |

I didn't care for the show either. It was pretty cheesy. The magician characters were shallow and stereotypical. I liked the escape sequence... the tank was HUGE!
Kudos to Mr. Cannon for getting the Gig. The show itself was a bit disappointing.
