I'm not sure who else to ask so I figure I'd ask you guys that may be able to help me out a little. This summer at about Aug. 7th I'm looking to leave from the Maine area to go to Chicago. I want to make it round trip and return around Aug. 22nd. Does ANYONE have any advice to where I can find some really cheap flights. My schedule is flexible and I don't want to pay too much. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Travelocity, yes, the one with the spokes-gnome, has always been a good choice when I've had to book a flight. I've also seen good deals, although haven't booked, nor do I know much about TravelZoo. If nothing else, type "Cheap Flights" into your search engine.

The only stupid question is the one not asked.

Priceline is never the cheapest, it seems.

Go to http://www.travelzoo.com/ and check out their deals on airfare and travel deals. Also, sign up for their trave zoo e-mail bargains. Their top 20 deals takes all the online and then some travel deal providers and show you who offers the best deals!
Their last minute deal section is great. Some of these last minute bookings are not practical for most as many can't just book something up and go within a couple of days but they occasionally provide incredible travel deals with sufficient planning time. |
