A video I just got has a trick explanation that mentions two concepts I have not heard of, and doesn't bother explaining what they are (grrrr!).

Can anyone here explain the Ramsey Subtlety and the Out to Lunch Principle?

It explains enough to do the trick, but it'd be nice knowing what he is talking about. =)

It's from "More Tricks! The Magic of David Regal"

Specifically the Origami Bill. Great video, just makes references to things you learn in his other videos (I hate when they do that, assuming you bought them all in numerical order. Heh) or outside of his videos totally. Those two techniques specifically are unknown to me.
