Hey Matt,
The changes are good. The only advice I can say is that your hands seem stiff when you're doing the changes. It may be because I know what's going on or that because it's in front of a camera, it feels like your body is tight. So loosen up a little. K.C. |

Some nice changes. Didn`t like the shapeshifter and the Erdnase, though.

Yeah I see the stiffness too. Where can I learn some of these?

Please buy a new camera and try again. The video was too jumpy, I couldn't see anything.

I thought the video quality was decent for a web cam.
The changes were all done good... no complaints here. sjb, as far as where to get them, they are pretty wide spread. (looks that way to me, I dunno, maybe there is a source I don't know about) Which one did you like the best? I recognized most of them, but not all of em, pretty good keep it up. |

Rigormortis hand....not so good. Changes ok...but do I have to start complaining again about the zillionth posted snap change with no clean up? For god sake, can't ANYONE clean up without pressing stop on their camera or editing it out. Uh oh, I'm starting to complain again. Please, just let me see ONE video of the snap change with a clean up so I can stop b*tching!

Thanks for the link 4jacks, but that double lift.....OW MY EYES!!!!!!!!!!
Actually Matt, your moves are pretty good. Only on the Betram change did the hand look a little "starfishy". The Houdini change (who Giobbi maintains it was Houdini who invented this change which is falsly credited to Erdnase) was pretty good considering I have seen many that instantly give the modus operandi away to even the the dimmest of spectators by the exagerated motions. Done right, the change is beautiful, wrong it looks like ridiculous. You are just about there...keep it up.

Sorry guys , I was on holiday and I don't have internet access at home.
thank you all for your feedback. I am constantly working on my stuff. I picked up flourishes not too far back so I am still a beginner. about the snap change, I didn't include a clean-up because I thought it was not necessary. I mean , for the people here ,sure but a lot of my friends have seen the clip as well and for them it would not have been very entertaining. thanks again for thr criticism everyone -Matt

Nice work. some tips from me: keep your fingers tigehr together while doing the snap or it will be more obvious that one is missing afterwards.
for the shapeshifter: most people do them like you with starting to bow the cards one or two times. I personally don't do this because it gives the impression that you turn the cards over then. when you just holding them, one flick and change they have nothing to rember other then a flicking sound. nothing else. no get ready bow it some times and then... work on your erdnase. doesn't look very smooth. ego was very nice, I see you loved the method Lonnie Dilan does on the Ghost deck preview. I was very impressed by that and think this is the most beautiful applcation for the ego. Have a look a Justin Millers version of the Erdnase on the same preview. Just beautiful! All in all very nice clip of yours. Jah btw: very interesting kind of spinning the card

Thanks a lot for the advice memory-jah.
and for the kind words. I like justin miller's erdnase change but I didn't use it because he pushes the top card of the deck too far and in my oppinion step 2 of the change is becoming obvious. just my oppinion -Matt

My little advice: work on your knockout double... perhaps try to flex it a bit more like Greg Wilson does it... looks a lot more deceptive then
