I am in the midst of learning my second ring routine. McBride's from his commando act. My first was the Symphony of the rings.
It seems to me that the McBride routine is largely based on Vernon's. What are some of the other foundational routines like Symphony that are out there. I am especially interested in routines that use more rings, if only for the learning process. I read a reference once to Vernon doing a routine with a large number of rings before he came up with Symphony. |

Besides Chris Capehart's routine, I'd recommend Whit Hadyn's. These routines should help you to get a good understanding of why the rings work so well.
