I am visiting NYC (lower Manhattan) this weekend, and would like to visit a magic store while there. I have been to Louis Tannen's, but no others. I would like to know of a couple, so while doing other roaming with family, I can make an easy excuse to 'drop in a nearby shop'
thanks, -erik |

There is the Abracadabra store on 21st street between 5th and 6th avenue. That is the only address I can remember right now, but you can do a search for this topic. I believe it was covered a few months ago. Hope I was of some help.

There is a store called Flosso Hermann (sp?) - but I am not sure if it's still around. Sorry I can't be of more help, but maybe a web search will help.

Thank you for your response...
I tried to search for threads about shops in NYC, but found none. I will look around for "Abracadabra" thanks, -erik Quote:

There are free magic shows at Abracadabra on weekends at 2pm and 5pm I believe. I haven't been able to go myself yet, but you can check it out if you are interested. There is also another store called Halloween Adventure; its address is 104 4th Avenue. They have a small magic section though. Here is a link that has a list of other magic stores in New York City. Hope this helps. Have fun in NYC on the weekend.
