I wondered why I kept getting messages asking about this when I knew I had already posted about it here in the Café. Then I realized I had it posted in the "Let there be Magic" section of the board instead of this E-book section where most people would look for E-books.
Anyway, I've always liked the mis-made bill but I never liked the single change. I mean it turned into the mis-made then back again and there didn't seem to be much reason for it. So I came up with this version that I think makes a little more sense. After I perform another effect where objects magically travel from one place to another (such as a coins across). I tell them that I'm going to make only part of an object travel to another area of the object. So I barrow a bill and perform this trick. My patter is along the lines that I fold the bill then cause the crease in the fold to travel to another edge of the bill. You can click here to watch a video of it being performed (Or right click and download it). To kee the video short I just ran through the changes but you can use any patter you want with it. Anyway, let me know what you think. Ron Jaxon |

Hi Jaxon,
I love this. I have a mismade dollar set up just for this. I haven't performed this one yet but I've played around in a front of a mirror and it looks magical. I'd like to borrow someone's bills, but not sure if the s***ch will fly. It seems to be working for you, so I'll give it a go. Thanks for this one! |

Oh, the switch goes right over if you act like it's no big deal. What I mean is they don't know what's going to happen yet so they're not looking for any method. The switch is done during the borrowing of the bill bot during the effect.
I know it feels gutsy at first but give it a try. There are many other ways to switch a bill too. Let me know if you need help on that. Ron Jaxon |

If you'd like the see the switch in this E-book in action. Go to the below post and you'll find a discussion on it and a video demonstration of the move. Let me know if anyone needs and further help with it.
