I use a coin wallet by Roy Keuppers.
I also have some coin purses that I got from the Dollar Store. They are just little ones with the frame that you squeeze at the top. I also sometimes put some coins in Joshua Jay's Pro Carrier. (ofcourse along with a deck of cards, gimmicked coins, packet tricks, business cards, etc.) |

Worthy of all coin workers serious consideration are the little black soft leather purses made by Ton Onasaka and sold by Steven's Magic Emporium.
They scream style, class, quality and professionalism. IMHO they are the best. |

Unless you can remove the coins without removing those 'wallets' from your pocket then a coin purse looks more normal when removing coins than some of the other things I've seen here.
What is it with you guys? It sounds like you're not too secure with your manhood. Besides that, don't any of you do routines with a purse or purse frame? |

You guys take the purse jokes so seriously. You guys need a dress and a sense of humor. Got you again. I carry four Barbers in my change pocket. Well, I do have a cig thru quarter in my wallet.

As Jaz said, a squeeze purse would be great.
Actually, a good-quality purse can be found as a toy in Children's Meals in different Fast-Food Resteraunts. If you don't really care what it looks like, then you can get a good quality purse and a meal! (a small one, but a meal nevertheless). Just keep looking at the commercials for fast-Food resteraunts' toys to see what they have. From, Greg |

Don't mean to be a Johnny Come Lately, but I just picked up one of Jerry O'Connell Coin Tidy's and love it! It works great, looks classy, and is built to last. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I have to agree with MagicPitch. The Caselogic has a wallet that's used for storing photo memory chips. It costs around $3.00 and is perfect for storing coins. Check it out and let me know how it works for you.

I tend to avoid purses because I usually want quicker access to the coins than taking time to open up a purse, dump the coins out, and put the purse back. Call me impatient.
Lately I've been using a slightly modified version of Carl Andrews's The Pocket-Pocket. It's been allowing me to pack a lot more of my gaffs on my person than I used to, which makes me feel even more guilt than usual for not coming up with new material. Sigh. |

I picked up one of these at a local market:
http://www.badspatula.com/images/ChangePurse.jpg I found the photo online but it's the same design. I can keep gaffs in one pocket and regular coins in the other, and if I don't set it down on the table most people don't even notice that there are two compartments. The bottom zippered pocket isn't something I use a lot, but it's one more place to keep coins that need to be separate. I like having multiple pockets so I can open it in my pocket and take out gaffed or regular coins without mixing them together. Whenever possible I keep it in my pocket and just bring the coins out from there. I have a little coin "holster" too but it seems more cumbersome and less natural than a coin purse. On the rare occasion that someone wonders why I'd keep my coins in a special purse, I just -Jonathan |
