Last year I put on a show for my company and one of the effects I did was a but risque--Card to Zipper. Pretty tame, but given the very uptight woman I selected to come up on stage, it played big and everybody (including the selected participant) had a good time. This year, I am looking for something similar--any ideas?

Years ago I saw an effect by a street performer where he took two hankerchiefs and stuck one in each side of a woman's top. When he pulled them apart, out came "her" bra. I don't know the name of the effect or if it is still available, ore even if it would be good for my "show".

I do the trick in my show, only its with underpants. that's called '20th shorts'.

As with most magic, go to the next magic auction or look on ebay and you'll find it.

Baffling Bra - not my favorite effect. I get that it's "just a gag," but who's the gag on? You're also getting into some intimate territory. How are you going to put the silks into her top? Stuff them in yourself?

This type of effect doesn't give you the best reputation.

Theres a close up card trick out there called EVERY INCH A LADY, its a great little adult trick!

There is also a gag 'Baffling Bra' that has three cups instead of two.

I did Baffling Bra for years in nightclubs and comedy clubs. It has it's place, but I think you better leave this one out of your show for the Parent Teacher Association Family Night Jamboree.

Another thing, I've never liked the idea of using the "20th Century Silks" lead in to the trick. I used a Houdini patter of my own making where the girl would pass through the tied silks.
