Jay Sankey has a lot off good stuff with business cards. I use 3 or his routines on business cards from his Restaurant DVD all the time. ITs great and magical. That restaurant DVD is not only great for routines but also on how to get a job and how to keep it. I recommend it. -D. P. the Great

Sankey has an awesome effect where he pulls the ink off of a business card and slams it onto one with a spectators. I believe its on Sankey Sanders session Vol. 1. Has booked me several times now!

I agree Flashfold by PH is awesome-love it.
Kirk Charles has a nice idea in the magic menu called Business Card and Rubber Band Miracle. It's a neat idea. Quizmaster by Anthony Linden (found in Apocalypse). There are also a number of other good business card tricks in Apocalypse-can't think of any names right now though. One more is an effect in Tangled Web by Eric Mead called "An Auspicious Occasion". Very good. There are lots of others but I can't think of any right now. Great ideas on this thread though! Landon |

Assertive Positive Negative. It's fun, amazing and completely impromptu. Plus, it's only $5 on my website. It's the first item on the "General Magic" page:)

For some time, I have had special business cards printed for fund raiser events. The fronts are about the organization with the usual contact information. The backs have "thank you notes" for selecting a specific playing cards printed in color. There are ten different cards available. That keeps neighbors from thinking there is only one card to pick. (Red cards work best.)
The business card is placed face up on the table (out of their reach!). The effect is done and then the individual is asked to write my name on the back of the card. Oops! There is the thank you note for selecting the right card pictured on this card too. "Without you, things could never work." The contributions come in but the cards are seldom returned.
