In my opinion the Escort is a little better since it includes speaker stands. It also has wheels that roll. It is much heavier than the passport. They are both good systems but they require a lot of wires and weight.
I am not sure what you are wanting it for but check out my post under FX titled, "I found the neatest little PA system." This little system is a lot less heavier and will do the job! |

You can purchase stands separately for the Fender system. The Escort system uses special stands that it comes with. (They are much thinner than the standard speaker stand.)

I use the peavey escort system and it works great. The wheels are a life-saver because it is heavy! The fender is definitely the lighter of the two-it's not as powerful, but that depends on what you are using it for. I am very pleased with the peavey and have never had any problems with it. I use it in school/library shows, and use a the small florida pa system for smaller shows.
You can also hook more stuff up to the peavey than the fender-once again, it depends on what you are doing with it. They are both quality systems. Chad |

Paso Procast 50 and Peavy Esccot 150 are the two best systems around in my opinion. Use the Peavy for the really big shows, and the Paso for everything else!
