I have been playing with new video toys. Though the quality is still poor, I hope you enjoy it. It is a bit tricky performing for a camera. Usually I perform this as a martial arts kata.

Very pretty, I enjoyed it. I especially liked the formations you do with all of the rings, not only illustrating they are linked but creating a nice visual as well.
