You missed:
"Chung Ling Soo's Mechanists, They Stayed Behind"
"12 Who Died"

"The Riddle of Chung Ling Soo" by Will Dexter is long out of print, available on the used market for 40 bucks or so, more in great shape.

"The Silence of Chung Ling Soo" by Todd Carr is out of print but still available. Expensive when new, and still so!

"The Man Of Mystery" by Gary Carr is a limited edition, with copies likely still available from the author or H&R Books. Although still priced quite low in some places, beware those charging $100.00 for it.

"The Man Behnind the Legend" by Gary Carr is out or print and getting difficult to get a hold of, check with the author or H&R Books. Although still priced quite low in some places, beware those charging $100.00 for it.

"A Gift From the Gods" by Val Andrews is long out of print and very expensive when you find one, as high as $250.00 on up.

"The Glorious Deception" is available in soft cover, and shows up often in first edition hardcover on your favorite auction site. Not expensive.

"Chung Ling Soo's Mechanists, They Stayed Behind" by Brian McCaullagh and Dr. J. Ernest Aldred was put out by Mike Caveney's Magic Words and is long out of print and rare, about $100.00 when you find one and getting more expensive as it shows up less and less.

"12 Who Died" isn't just about Soo, but magicians who died doing the bullet catch. It's extremely rare, and about $250.00 on up when you do find one.
