My name is Tim Rose and reside in Tacoma, WA. I began my journey in magic after seeing Tom Gallo hypnotize and suspend a gorilla on a broom suspension in my elementry school days, then at 14 years old as a clown doing silly magic and loved the magic, hated the make-up. At 16 I presented my first full stage show with some pretty rough and tired illusions. Found out that the audience didn't care about the floating girl but that thing with the balloon and the pencil was great. I now perform a stage show geared to cheap magic, mostly home made out of good materials. I have a few origionals that I love to perform and I do manufacture some items in my spare time. I have been experimenting with some age old material to take the weight and set up time out of those large illusions like Blamo and Zig Zag. I am a returning member of the Tacoma Magic Ring 70 after 3 and a half years in the Army. I am passionate about keeping magic a simple as possible, I love some of the complicated slights but kids and young adults don't appreciate them. I am now doing a bunch of birthdays and awaiting the day when I can put my stage show in two trunks to good use for a benifit of something of the sort. Wow was that too much info??? OK then ****POOF**** I'm done.
