I was browsing through some sites and really enjoy the sleek look of the "Sword Through Neck" offered by Sterlini Magic ( http://www.sterlinimagic.com ). Anyway, I was curious if anyone here has ever worked with this model? Yes I know of many other models and they may be great and all... I'm only wondering about the Sterlini though.
How thick is it? How heavy? Is the neck hole big enough for adults?... etc... Pro's and Con's, I want to hear as much as possible... Thanks, Bryan Gilles |

It looks pretty good. Problem is, the enlarged picture is too big to fit in my browser window, so I can't see all of it. Dimension/proportion-wise, though, it looks about the same as the Abbot's and other models.

The Sterlini unit is nice because the stocks hinge together so you can handle them as one unit. Units with two individual stocks that you latch together as you put them on the spectator are more difficult to manage.

I had Chance rework his stocks for me so that they came apart as the way my routine is blocked out it is imperative that the stocks be in two pieces. I've never had a problem with a two piece setup. The Sterlinin stocks look nice. I'd question the sword though. The handle looks a little heavy which might cause it to bend when you let go of the sword once its through the stocks.
