Just a "heads-up" if you are a silk collector.

This week we discontinued the 18" Dragon Silk we had imported from China for some time. Our last run we used up in 20th Century Silks (two Dragon Silks to the set). Those are gone too. We have no more to market wholesale to dealers. (We NEVER put the flawed printed silks on the market in any way except by the kilo for scrap in China. Some of those have turned up on Internet auctions. They are not packaged as DoveLite Silk. Since the first quality ones were $8.50/each wholesale the price may tell you something also.)

The 18" was just not a big enough seller anymore to justify the investment. We will continue importing the 24" and 36" Dragons. If you own one of the original first quality 18" Dragon Silks from DoveLite, congratulations. There will not likely be anymore ever produced. We also thank you for buying them and your magic dealer for carrying them.

If you are a collector, you may want to put aside any of these 18" Dragon Silks or 20th Century Silks (18") with these Dragons and blue silks that you have from DoveLite. The real ones came in white printed envelopes from DoveLite Silk. (The real 20th Century packages will also have a sticker with the DoveLite logo and "Custom Work".) You may want to take the silks out, put them in a Zip-Loc Bag and then put them back into the white paper envelope for your collection. Real silk is safer not stored in paper.

If you use them in your show, they should still last you a lifetime. New replacements are not available. Copying your act may get more expensive!
