This is perhaps my favorite effect by Vinny, right next to his Cardwarp routine! Put the practice in and you'll be rewarded with an effect that will play anywhere.

Hi Vince,
That's a fantastic rationale and solution to the double band issue. It is creatlinly not just a workaround but greatly increases the effectiveness to the effect. Thanks very much for your suggestion Regards Baobow |

I currently only have performed this on my wrist to the lay audience. As I hurt, my practice audience (my GF) when I put it on their wrist. Yeah, I need to practice that, but for now just the break and restore from my own wrist is doing just fine. (Feel free to PM me any tips on this.).

I wanted to revitalize this thread because anyone that is into rubber band magic will love this. It's an important contribution to the art by Vinny.

Thanks for bringing this back up Chris and I wholeheartedly agree, Vinny's work with rubber bands is revolutionary, and he ain't bad when it comes to coins & cards either. He is a marvelous magician of the old order and is all about sharing the art. A wonderful guy and fantastic magician.
Vinny has a lot of his effects avalable on his website and other great effects at real values...But to your post here, his Rubber Band effects are absolutely amazing! People should check out his stuff at http://www.VinnyMarini.com
