Here is a neat match puzzle.

what is the minimum amount of matches needed to construct a square, where on each of its sides constructed a right angle triangle which is different in size from any of the other triangles in the construction.

what about the same question as above but all triangles should also be non-similar, that is the proportion between the triangles sides should be different.

all sides are integer number (of matches)

Does the construction have to be flat? It's a tricky enough puzzle in 2D but if you are making a 3d constuction and some of the triangles share sides it's even harder.
