Anyone here own a deck of Counterfeit Bee Playing Cards (standard size that are marked) or know where I can pick some up? Cardshark is selling 3 of the counterfeits including the 2005 poker sized version which is not marked. I am looking for the 2003 poker sized version that is marked.
Thanks, GC |

I don't know where to buy them....they were seen at several flea markets and BJs/Cosco type stores.
They were manufactured in China (I heard) and while the cards look like Bees they are not the same quality card stock, so they don't feel like Bee cards. However, they do look the same. The marks were printed by insuring that the diamonds were unevenly spaced diagonally across then entire back of the cards. Most people that sold them did not even know that they were marked...they were sold as cheap Bee knock offs. I think the idea was to saturate the market with them so that people played with marked cards and never knew it because they bought the cards themselves... Sort of like the old movie "kaleidoscope". Let me know if you find a souce ?

I just came back form singapore... where in a "2 dollar shop" I purchased 8 packs of bees. after comming back to australia and opening them, I am not sure if they are genuine.... the first pack I have opened, are NOT smooth at all and are even "tapered." ie, one side of the deck is cut a fraction of a mm smaller than the other. This means that when you place one card in the opposite direction, it can bee seen easily, and removed.
this is my first pack of bee cards purchased, I would like to know, if they are counterfeit or just a bad quality individual deck. on the back, it has a green sticker which says: "Bee"|Insist on the Original Genuine Bee |Distributed by Connell Bros. Co. Ltd. Made in USA |
