This has bothered me for a long time. I have boiled a vernet thumb tip for maybe as long as up to 10 minutes and when I take it out it doesn't seem pliable at all. It is just really hot. The directions say it will get soft and take any shape you wish. Yeah right! If I am doing something wrong please let me know. Thanks.
