I have been learning magic for about five years. While I am interested in all aspects, I keep coming back to cards. I have heard the cautions about too much emphasis on cards, but I can't help it.
Looking forward to participating!

Welcome to the Cafe!

And you're from Texas! That's cool! Are you a fan of Stevie Ray Vaughan, by any chance? When I think "Texas", I think "SRV"!

I'll talk to you later!

You mean there are things other than cards you can do magic with? What a concept! Welcome to the Cafe. I think you will like it here. There is a wealth of experience here, both domestic and imported. Enjoy!

Welcome Hobby..

It isn't so much what you do, (cards, etc,) but rather the important thing is what you do with it!

There is no such things as too much Good Magic! So if you do it well, and enjoy doing it, don't worry about what "they" say.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on cards. And who knows maybe you will find some other discussions that spark your interest.

Glad you stopped by this place!

hiya hobbymagic!
So far, the only drawback I've seen from card-magic is that now, no one wants to play cards with me! Smile

It's good to have you on board.
