There is a good section covered on this topic on the Kevin james lecture dvd or video at the magic castle. He goes over some very interesting moves with flip stick and some of his own variations. Hope this helps.

Just go directly to the DVDs on Flip. Flip now has an entire DVD series and he goes into detail on the flip stick move on them. You can get this at most any magic shop.
