I bought 2 Morrissey chop cups to develop a routine, and when I got them they are noticeably different. The turned-up lip bead on one is visibly longer than the other - 1/4" vs. 3/16". This of course makes the overall height of the cup vary by that amount which, sadly, is just enough to allow a tennis ball in one but not the other without an irritating wobble. I have heard mostly good things about their products - anyone else experience inconsistencies?

I have bought many cups from Morrissey. There are some differences. These things are hand made. You could purchase a third cup and hope it matches the one you like, or you could return the cups to Morrissey and ask them to send you two that are alike.

Give them a call. Their number is on their web site. They are very nice folks.
