Shoot Ogawa's has methods too called 'Slide' and 'Shoot Shoots'. Reed McClintock and Daniel Garcia use a palm to vanish a coin which is similar to the look of the J.W. Grip. I think it is called 'King Grip' or something. I have a method too to vanish a coin using one hand. Not published I believe. You can PM me if interested. Garrett Thomas has a method of vanishing a coin using only one hand. With this vanish you have the option to bring the coin back or vanish it completely.

Depends on if your sitting or standing and your angles.
Also depends if you want a complete vanish or if you will be reproducing the coins. Not a complete vanish but Carney uses a nice 1-hand vanish in "Half Dollars in the Mist" which is done standing. A one handed JW Grip will work under the right conditions. |
