Where can I buy a small noisemaker that hides in the hand and sounds similar to a ratchet winding sound?
Thanks, Mike

It sounds like you are looking for a watch winder. Check your local magic shop or you can find them in some online magic stores. I used to have a cheap plastic one that actually worked quite well, but they do make them in a sturdier metal version too.
If you are looking for a louder sound, you can always get a ratchet from a musical instrument shop (one that sells percussion instruments), though you won't be able to hide it in your hand. You could hide it behind or inside some prop, however. Sandy |

Scroll to the bottom. This is a novelty store cheapy, but I'll will work. I have seen very nice brass ones painted flesh color. I thought Viking made it. I can't find it on their site. Good luck! -DeWayne |

Third one down is the NICE one I was speaking of. Don't know who makes it. It'll last a lifetime. DeWayne |
