Bande,
You are right on about the trick being more involved than just the box. The reason that the other item was left out of the description, is that they are inconsiquential to the story (only an aide to help the story line along). It is the story that makes this a memorabale trick. Getting your audience to buy into this is easy (if the performer is comfortable with the effect) and very successful for the performer. With all the flash involed in magic tricks today, I find that people like tricks that they can relate to. I like for people who see the Magic not to just see a trick but have an experience that they don't forget. It isn't just a trick it is a reputation maker in MHO. |

Sorry, what isn't included? I don't want to purchase the trick only to discover that I need a half-shell or something complicated

It's all in the presentation. yes it is a little more involved, but that is why I love it so much. my presentation now interjects myself into the storyline as to how I procured the box and includes 4 coins. 2 of which I load into the spectators pockets. this wasy, it looks like the coin actually takes on a life of it's own. with a couple of quick vanishes during the routine and having to take it back from the spectors twice, then it's finally secured in the case and put into a hankercheif or draw string bag so another audience member to hold. the next thing they know, the coin is gone from the case and bag that has been being held by someone and ends up being back in the box that is either across the room or stage. I get killer reactions from it.
The thing to remember with any effect is that the more thought and presentation you give, the better reactions you will get. This effect is one that people are constantly asking to see again. The ladies like it too jon |

Thanks for your kind words Jon. Your right..."This effect is one that people are constantly asking to see again". As a performer you can make the routine as involved as you like. I used to do a shorter routine for the folks in the magic store for the sheer sake of moving on to the next effect. But, I do like the longer routine as their is more for the customer to bite into and accept.

I decided to pick this item up after it caught my eye on a shop website and after reading the reviews here. Sounds like a nice effect. Can't wait to get it in.
