John Conlin, son of the famous stage mindreader, Claude Alexander Conlin, aka "Alexander, The Man Who Knows," died on Sunday, April 1, 2007 at age 90. I met him in 2005 when he shared many wonderful stories about his Dad with me and Mike Caveney (see photo.) The second edition of my book about Alexander's life, which contains many of John's personal stories and photos, has just been released by Mike Caveney's Magic Words. I will be speaking about John and Alexander at this year's Magic Collector's Weekend in Chicago. John was a real character and a nice man. He will be missed.
