Could someone possibly put a sticky in this section about marking items sold or sale pending? I kinow some people do this already, but I keep encountering situations where I respond to a listing, only to find out that it has already been sold, I know this happens sometimes because deals can be made very fast. I'm talking about when a listing has been up for several days with no responses, but the item has been sold.

Mike, I can do that but as you know, most people don't read the stickies anyway. I think the problem has reduced lately since we only allow the posts to stay up for 15 days instead of the old 30 but I know it still occurs.
