Which cups do they actually use for the IBM Gold Cups award? Thy looks like gold plated paul fox cups, but I doubt they are using actual old stock. Heaven forbid they are gold plating some MM cups.
Here is Chase Curtis who was a 2003 winner. http://www.magician.org/convention_pics_......_IMG.JPG -Todd

They were using real Paul Fox cups, at least until recently.

Bill is absolutely correct. The first IBM Gold Cups awards were Paul Fox cups that were plated with 14K gold. The display case was made by J.C. Doty. However, I don't know if still have any of the original "stock" left. The current awards may be something else.

Tabman also made a few of the later display cases, if my information is correct.

Tabman did make cases and wands. He's moved to GA and a recent Tornado destroyed homes BETWEEN his and his mother's... both all OK. Linda and I drove down to see Tabby and Gloria at their new place just 4 days after the Tornado destruction. Which was frightening to say the least. Losts of dogs and cats as usual, and he's very busy now doing video production and editing for corporate clients having sold the Tabman Tables business.
