Volumes 1 & 2 make repeated references to the fact that each is part of a trilogy. Volume 1 mentions that the following two volumes would be available in the next couple of years, yet there was only one more volume to follow. Does anyone know anything about the status of, or story behind volume 3?

For what it's worth (for anyone who may be interested) I received a response from L&L customer service stating that there was no information regarding a volume III. I wonder what happened...?
