Hi all!
Does anyone know where I can get a Giant B'Wave set with Kings? I want it with Kings for a gospel effect I do with them. All the ones I seem to find come with Queens. Someone told me once you could get it with Kings from Duane Laflin but I didn't see it on his site anymore. Thanks in advance! |

You can get them from me, I could produce them for you in all kind of quality (durability vs. price). Just contact me if you like. You can even get them with Jacks.

Did you ever get this? I may consider selling you mine. it is kings, and the cards are nice and thick.
I got it at Abbott's.

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can make the stage version of B'wave which is no longer available at magic dealers. Mike

Once you find your jumbo B'Wave set, start the trick with an Elmsley count. Makes a big difference!

Good luck getting your set with the kings. I would be interested in hearing your presentation. I have a jumbo set and use it with great success. My set is queens, which is cool by me. I just present it as a mysterious mentalism type of effect (which is what it really is). With that in mind an Elmsley count is not necessary and may actually confuse the effect putting it somewhere between a magic trick and a mentalism mystery, IMO. Though perhaps only fellow magicians would pick up on that anyways. Present it as a magic card trick if you prefer no problem with that either, whatever works for you! I guess what I am saying is that I don't agree with the idea of an Elmsley count necessarily making it better. No need to get hung up on it if you don't want to go through the cards that way, especially with jumbos!

THe Giant B'Wave is a Meir Yedid release. He is planning to re-release it in jumbo card size. Perhaps you should suggest to him he do it with Kings?
http://www.mymagic.com/maven.htm A gospel application here: http://www.thegoodwaymagic.com/giant_b_wave.htm I thought the authorised giant version WAS just in Queens, but maybe Meir did an earlier run with different cards. Paul. |

Thanks Paul. I did not realize the age of this original post until after I had replied, so I was not sure I would hear back from "Lash" on his gospel presentation.

It does look nicely made though. In B'Wave the other three cards are shown to be blank faced.. When responding before, I too hadn't realized it was such an old thread that had been revived. Paul. |

The Meir Yedid version that came out a year or two back is too small IMO, it's about half the size of what used to be "Giant B'Wave".
