A street performing juggler in Fargo ND appears to be getting some press. It seems he wants the right to street perform as a contact juggler in downtown. The city is evaluating the situation. In order to press the issue, he's set up shop right in front of the police station. LOL! Good for him.

Excellent ... good for him ... whether Fargo law enforcement knows it or not, the performer is protected by law to do exactly what he is doing - performing for free and accepting unsolicted gratuity for his skills. I trust that all involved will reach an educated conclusion.
