Dear friends, I need help on this trick.
A magician borrowed a bill and asked the spec to sign and fold the bill, then he clipped the bill using a paperclip and burned it. While still burning He put the bill on the floor and step on it, when he removed his foot the bill is restored. Please help with the name and where it is sold, and if you have it I really appreciate if you could share some comment about the trick.

P.S. What was up with the black dots on the guys knuckles.

It is performed on local TV show in Indonesia with minor difference.
