I'm amazed how a topic about short sleeves and shorts can turn into a bunch of juvenile bickering.
Anyway... Ted, In the heat and humidity there are props you might want to look into. Coins, bills, finger rings, cord/rope, elastic bands, keys, etc. Don't overlook tools used in mentalism either. Most of these are managable when you have limited pocket space. You should also look into objects you can use at your venue like silverware, bottles or whatever. Good luck. |

Interesting that you mentioned using "found" props. The late Bob Read used to perform at the most posh hotels in London. When he went into a dinner party, he would go to the kitchen, snag three teacups and four slices of bread and make the balls for the cups and balls from the bread slices. He performed the cups and balls with cups and veggies he nicked from the kitchen.
He always returned them when he had finished.
