The effect is the important thing, how you achieve it is not.......

I prefer real books to have in my library. When I look something up in a real book, I learn things that have nothing to do with the subject I am looking for. The only advantages of e-books are that, if done properly, they are easily searchable, and they take up very little space.

Bill, you got it right on the nose.
Especially when looking up something, I see something else I forgot about or previously overlooked. Having the real honest to goodness book is a real treasure! Not to mention that the value of the book seems to hold it's own over time and makes a great investment. The same cannot be said for "E-Books"!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards, Mark

No Donal, it is not just you! You are soooo right! Nothing beats having a real gem of a magic book in your hands with your eyes and brain feasting on it's contents while your palate (sp?) is equally tantilized buy a fine cigar (par-taking of the Vernon ritual) OR a favorite tobacco in a briar Or ones favorite 'spirits'.....

And it's even more difficult when you try to read an e-book in your boat away from a port.
Or something like that.

I got the cd, then proceeded to print out all 900 or so pages! It filled 2 3" binders! But now I can leaf through at my convenience!

I would suggest starting with the Original correspondence, which can be had for free or VERY low cost. If you like what you see, start picking up the books one by one as you can.
I printed out the PDF download of the original I got at The Learned Pig, and find more than enough effects to play with. I use the printer pamphlet form to print it out. 4 pages to the sheet of paper.
