The Complete Juggler by Finnegan should be avaialble at your library or nearest book store. And it covers so much more than clubs. The biggest thing to realize that club juggling is a different throw than a ball or ring.
Stand with one club in your right hand. The club should be at a 45 degree angle from the center of your body. Now, using an underhanded scooping motion, throw the club to the other hand. When you catch it, it should be 45 degrees off center. You don't really have to flip the club with a lot of wrist action. They are designed so that as long as you release the club with the head oover the handle it will rotate. Juggling.org has links to videos or just fire up Google. Gotta run kid is screaming!!!! All the best, Kevin |
