I am thinking of getting this?? If anyone has seen the material in it can someone tell me what I would be getting?? I like a lot of Aldo's work so I will probably still get it anyway but was just curious.

Is this the ebook on lybrary.com. If it is, I highly recommend it. Some EXCELLENT card magic. All done with simple sleights.

It's a very good book, with excellent routines with cards, ropes, cups and coins. I have the book edited in spanish by Páginas (www.librosdemagia.com), the same editorial that published the Ascanio's books, with a funny and beatiful art edition.

Well, the ebook is a little different. It has eighteen card effects in it. All very good.

Aldo is very nice but his magic in general stinks. He has created some of the worst versions of existing tricks out there. Still, he is a very nice man.

May I know the basis of your judgement?

I don't agree at all. Aldo has create some of the most underused commercial magic. however he has published so much stuff that there is also lot of mediocre stuff hidden in there but also true gems, and a lot of em.

Silly you have to be kidding me! Aldo has created some EXCELLENT magic. Have you read the Mama Mia ebook? All great, commercial stuff. I also highly recommend his Card Trips book.

I put a vote in for the "Aldo is flat" camp.

Mediocre re-hashes of standard sub-par plots presented with a corny italiano veneer sums it up.

Wow. I mean, he's very prolific so not everything is going to be a gem but he has some released some very commercial routines. To each his own, I suppose.
