I was performing Mark Wilson's sponge ball routine for a 5 yr old boy today. Of course he "knew" how it was all done, and told me so, every step of the way. He was finally speachless when I made some sponge balls appear in his closed hand. Yet the state of astonishment lasted for all of 3 seconds before he declared how these (red) balls were for putting on his nose, "if they had a hole". To which I replied, "they don't have a hole, but your nose does".
